  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your UFREE account.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days after your order is shipped.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

We currently ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Note: Shipping to Puerto Rico is not available at this time.

1. How long does delivery take?
Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after they are shipped.

2. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to Puerto Rico at this time.

3. I ordered multiple items. Will they arrive together?
Whenever possible, we ship all items in a single package. However, depending on product availability and warehouse location, some items may ship separately. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email for each package.

4. Can I change my delivery address after my order has shipped?
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to change the delivery address.

5. What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you receive an incorrect product, please contact our customer support team at ufreegroup@outlook.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Photos of the received product (including the care instruction tag with IMPA Code number)
  • A clear image of the shipping label
